Some new recordings on my web site After a couple days of sitting around and feeling sorry for myself about not being at Dorset I took a day off work today and spent the day working on tuning the Jubilee. It still has a long way to go, but it's less embarrassing now. I haven't attempted the violins yet, they make my meter go screwy. The uppermost piccolos are above the range the meter handles as well. I know it's best done by ear, but we do the best we can-- I'm a tuba player and long ago learned to filter out that squeaky high stuff!!
I made a couple of recordings and posted them on my web site http://www.carouselorgan.com. They should sound a bit better than what's on YouTube, though I haven't figured out the recording technique to use yet either. Professional sound will come one of these days!
Cheers,
Roger

I think the best out of the 4 tunes on your site, it the "Pennselvania Polka". Although I do think more snare drum should have been cut in to the "Liberty Bell march". Again wonderful arrangements on a wonderful organ.

yeah, Pennsylvania Polka is the best ....as it's in "Groundhog Day" with Bill Murray!
I like the Blaze Away arrangement as it properly repeats the A & B sections after the C & D sections and most versions of the march omit this these days.
