Ah, "De Jupiter"! I was introduced to the wonderous sound of the Dutch street organ via my late uncle's copy of "Afternoon in Amsterdam" It sounds really good in this video. On the one on the museum's website has it playing "The Spaghetti Rag" which utilizes a rank of reeds that have been put back into it. While it may be historically accurate (Gavioli built it with them) to me Jac Minning's work will always epitomize the classic pierement, even more so than "De Arabier".

Not 'self playing', but here's an interesting concept; a "Thermoacoustic Organ" which creates sound by converting heat into acoustic energy...

Here is an video of the Robinson's Gavioli that I filmed at Rempstone Steam & Country Show 2006:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dSH_CRGzFjcNice one Ben! The organ's playing a medley called "Skiffle Selection" and sounds to me like another first class arrangement by the late Steve Clarke (Peter Watts music).
Band organ (Artizan?) at Circus World Museum in Baraboo, WI playing "The Bonnie Brier Bush" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8o0tZJJx84U A bit out of tune, though.
