MIDI files that play on an organ won't necessarily make an organ sound if played on another medium e.g. a computer. All of the MIDI files I have for my Pell 30-key organ produce piano sounds if played on a computer or keyboard - and not necessarily in the same octaves as on the organ either!
I think you need to look for CD's. Alan Pell sells some 20-note ones that can be played on his pseudo-Busker organ, the 'Melodia CD.' Have a look at his website.
