Hollycombe Mechanical Organ Gathering - Sunday 29th July The first ever gathering of mechanical organs will take place at Hollycombe Steam in the Country Liphook Hants on Sunday 29th July.
The unique working steam collection with its railways, ever popular steam driven Edwardian fairground, with many of the rides the only ones left in existence, and other steam attractions will play host to a gathering of a wide selection of makes and sizes of organs.
To date a total of twenty six visiting are booked to attend (all subject to availability) and will join the resident four Hollycombe organs on the rides and attractions in the steam fairground.

98 key Peacock Pot Pourri Marenghi located in the Dawn of the Century Grand Electric Bioscope Show.
89 key Gavioli located in the Tidman Gallopers
1880s 62 key Gavioli trumpet barrel organ installed in “Mr Field’s Steam Circus” Savage Dobby set dated from the late 1870s and believed to be the worlds oldest surviving mechanical steam driven fairground ride.
45 Key Limonaire playing on the Steam Chairoplanes

The collection will be open its normal hours 12pm -5pm with the collections rides operating from 1pm. Normal admission rates apply which also includes unlimited rides on the collections attractions. Further details on Hollycombe can be found at www.hollycombe.co.uk.
