Error message ““Unable to connect to database…”
Apologies to users in the last hour who may have seen an “Unable to connect to database on '69.93.108.138' with user 'yyyy'” message when accessing iMOD. This problem is known by our host provider Forumer who is working to rectify it.
At any time this does occur, go an pop the kettle on and everything should be back in within a few minutes (click the ‘refresh’ button in your browser to bring the forum back up). These bugs do happen from time to time I’m afraid! Any other technical problems please let me know.
